New Year’s Resolution

Now that New Year’s is coming, one of the biggest things that people think about is their New Year’s Resolution. It’s always thought that we look at the past and the present and realize how we’ve let things slip, let ourselves go and look to the future and find what we need to better. Need some help? Here are the top 10 New Year’s Resolutions people are choosing this year.

1. Spend more time with family and friends

2. Fitness (Get into Shape)

3. Lose weight

4. Quite smoking

5. Enjoy life more

6. Quite drinking

7. Get out of debt

8. Learn something new

9. Help others

10. Get organized

As these might be great ideas, I find that about 70% of people that start New Year’s Resolutions usually quite by mid February or March because we are “too busy” or it was too hard.
