James 1:13 – Temptations

While reading through James this morning, I came across this passage that made me think hard about the way I treat God when it comes to my own “evil” desires.

James 1:13-15
13 When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; 14 but each person is tempted when they are dragged away by their own evil desire and enticed. 15 Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.

Crazy to think.. All good things come from God.
How are you doing your best to see what God’s best is for you?

James 1:16-19
